The Lou’s Kitchen Tikka Masala is slow-cooked until tender, in a rich, aromatic, incredibly creamy curry sauce influenced by a traditional Indian recipe.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Fully cooked, keep refrigerated.

STOVETOP

Remove pouch from outer packaging.
Appliances vary; these are guidelines only.
Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F.

  1. Gently MASSAGE pouch for 5 seconds to separate chicken.
  2. Place sealed pouch into a pot and cover with water.
  3. Bring the water to a boil and then turn down to a gentle simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove pouch from water and open package. Transfer Tikka Masala to a serving dish.
  5. Serve. CAUTION: pouch contents will be hot.

Panfrying
  1. Heat a non-stick pan on MEDIUM. Add 1 tsp of cooking oil (optional).
  2. Lightly MASSAGE pouch for 5 seconds to separate chicken.
  3. Open pouch and pour contents into the heated pan.
  4. Heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve. CAUTION: pan contents will be hot.

MICROWAVE (1000 watts)
  1. Gently MASSAGE pouch for 5 seconds to separate chicken.
  2. Open pouch and place contents into a microwaveable dish. Cover and heat on HIGH for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Serve. CAUTION: dish contents will be hot.
