Think of this as our greatest hits package – sweet potatoes, golden beets and carrots. Deliciously complementary flavours that make a tender side to any entrée.

Sous vide cooking seals in all the natural juices and flavours, cooked just enough so that you’ll finish the process at home, ensuing your veggies are tender, crisp and delicious!

Steam cooked, keep refrigerated.

STOVETOP (RECOMMENDED)
  1. Heat skillet to Medium-High with some butter or vegetable oil.
  2. Heat Harvest Medley, stirring often for 3 minutes, cover for 2 more minutes.
  3. Serve.
OVEN/CONVECTION OVEN HOT AIR
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Place Harvest Medley on baking sheet. Lightly sprinkle with vegetable oil.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown.
  4. Serve.
MICROWAVE (1000 watts)
  1. Place Harvest Medley in microwaveable dish.
  2. Cover and heat on HIGH for 3 minutes.
  3. Serve.
