Sweet Asian BBQ Pulled Pork

A sweetly tangy twist on everybody’s favourite!

We slow-roast the pork in our Asian inspired sauce till it’s totally tender; all you have to do is pull it apart.

Throw it in a taco, serve on sticky rice, amazing in a stir fry… there are so many ways to enjoy our pulled pork. The best way is right away…. just heat serve and savour! (Eggroll not included).

Fully cooked, keep refrigerated.

MICROWAVE (RECOMMENDED)

(1000 watts)

  1. Heat pork in the pouch on HIGH for 1 minute. Massage the pouch for 30 seconds.
  2. Remove from pouch and place Pork in a microwaveable bowl.
  3. Cover and heat on HIGH for 4 minutes. Stir well with a fork*
  4. Serve.

*Pull your own: place two forks into the pork and pull in opposite directions to create thin shreds and to combine sauce.

STOVETOP
  1. Gentle massage pouch for 30 seconds.
  2. Remove from pouch and place Pork in a skillet.
  3. Heat for 4 minutes on MEDIUM. Stir well with a fork*
  4. Serve.

OVEN/CONVECTION OVEN HOT AIR
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (160°C).
  2. Remove from pouch and place Pork in a oven proof dish and cover.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes to a minimum internal temperature of 140°F (60°C). Stir well with a fork*
  4. Serve.
