Ultimate Breakfast Bacon Sandwich

This ain’t your average breakfast sandwich, plus with 85% less fat than regular side bacon, there’s no better way to start your day. 



  1. Cook bacon slices over medium heat
  2. Set bacon aside on plate
  3. Crack first egg into pan (add salt & pepper to taste)
  4. Add shredded cheese
  5. Meanwhile, toast bread of choice (we like thick sourdough)
  6. Assembling sandwich: bread + sauce of choice + bacon + egg + bread
  7. Crack second egg into pan
  8. Add egg on top of assembled sandwich
  9. Embrace the mess and enjoy!


Cook the eggs in the same pan as the bacon for extra flavour
