Fully cooked and best finished in a hot frying pan for that perfect caramelized edge, this dish is ideal served on a fluffy bao bun or over steamed rice.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Fully cooked, keep refrigerated.

- Open the pouch and transfer the sauce into a bowl.
- Remove the pork from the pouch and slice it into approximately 0.5 inch slices.
- Dip the sliced pork in the sauce.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add 1 tsp of cooking oil (optional).
- Heat the sliced pork with sauce for 1-2 minutes per side.
- Serve. CAUTION: pan contents will be hot
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking tray with foil.
- Open the pouch and transfer the sauce into a bowl.
- Remove the pork from the package and slice it into approximately 0.5 inch slices.
- Dip the sliced pork in the sauce.
- Place the sliced pork with some of the reserved sauce on baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes, basting with the remaining sauce halfway through.
- Serve. CAUTION: tray contents will be hot.
