You can take comfort in our perfectly seasoned cut of beef, slow-roasted in our ovens, served in a delicious gravy that makes this pot roast a traditional family favorite. Or soon to be, anyway.

At Lou’s, we took the time so you don’t have to. Simply heat, serve, and enjoy.

Fully cooked, keep refrigerated.

STOVETOP

Remove pouch from outer packaging.
Appliances vary; these are guidelines only.
Heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F.

    1.  Place sealed pouch into a pot and cover with water.
    2. Bring the water to a boil and then turn down to a gentle simmer for 15 minutes.
    3. Remove pouch from water and open. Transfer Beef and Gravy to a serving dish.
    4. Serve. CAUTION: pouch contents will be hot.

OVEN/CONVECTION OVEN HOT AIR
  1.  Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Empty Beef and Gravy from pouch and place in an oven-proof dish and cover.
  3. Bake 20-25 minutes. Serve. CAUTION: dish contents will be hot.

Microwave
  1. Open pouch and place Beef and Gravy into a microwaveable dish.
  2. Cover and heat on HIGH for 5 minutes.
  3. Let stand for 1-2 minutes. Serve. CAUTION: dish contents will be hot.
