Fully cooked, keep refrigerated.
STOVETOP (RECOMMENDED)
Remove pouch from outer packaging.
- Heat a non-stick pan on MEDIUM. Option to add 1 tsp (5ml) cooking oil.
- Lightly massage pouch for 5 seconds to separate chicken.
- Open pouch and pour contents into the heated pan.
- Stirring occasionally, simmer for 4-5 minutes.
- Serve over prepared rice.
MICROWAVE (1000 WATTS)
- Lightly massage pouch for 5 seconds to separate chicken.
- Open pouch and place contents in a microwaveable dish, cover and heat on HIGH for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir and serve over prepared rice.
