Everybody’s favourite! Simply heat …pull…. serve and enjoy, anytime. (Okay, we don’t do the actual pulling… but it made a good headline, didn’t it?)

We slow-roast the pork in our own bold barbeque sauce till it’s totally tender; all you have to do is pull it apart. Throw it in a bun, mix it into a salad… there are so many ways to enjoy our pulled pork. The best way is right away…. just heat serve and savour!

Fully cooked, keep refrigerated.

MICROWAVE

(1000 watts)

  1. Heat pork in the pouch on HIGH for 1 minute. Massage the pouch for 30 seconds.
  2. Remove from pouch and place Pork in a microwaveable bowl.
  3. Cover and heat on HIGH for 4 minutes. Stir well with a fork*
  4. Serve.

*Pull your own: Place two forks into the pork and pull in opposite directions to create thin shreds and to combine sauce.

STOVETOP

Remove pouch from outer packaging.

  1. Gentle massage pouch for 30 seconds.
  2. Place pouch into a pot and cover with water.
  3. Bring the water to a boil and turn down to a gentle simmer for 15 minutes to reach a minimum internal temperature of 140°F (60°C).*
  4. Serve.

*Pull your own: Place two forks into the pork and pull in opposite directions to create thin shreds and to combine sauce.

OVEN/CONVECTION OVEN HOT AIR
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Remove from pouch and place Pork in a oven proof dish and cover.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes to a minimum internal temperature of 140°F (60°C)*
  4. Serve.
