We slow-roast the pork in our own bold barbeque sauce till it’s totally tender; all you have to do is pull it apart. Throw it in a bun, mix it into a salad… there are so many ways to enjoy our pulled pork. The best way is right away…. just heat serve and savour!
Fully cooked, keep refrigerated.

- Heat pork in the pouch on HIGH for 1 minute. Massage the pouch for 30 seconds.
- Remove from pouch and place Pork in a microwaveable bowl.
- Cover and heat on HIGH for 4 minutes. Stir well with a fork*
- Serve.
*Pull your own: Place two forks into the pork and pull in opposite directions to create thin shreds and to combine sauce.
Remove pouch from outer packaging.
- Gentle massage pouch for 30 seconds.
- Place pouch into a pot and cover with water.
- Bring the water to a boil and turn down to a gentle simmer for 15 minutes to reach a minimum internal temperature of 140°F (60°C).*
- Serve.

- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Remove from pouch and place Pork in a oven proof dish and cover.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes to a minimum internal temperature of 140°F (60°C)*
- Serve.
